I have been a Massage practitioner for over 25 years and specialise in Abdominal Sacral Massage. My massage journey has taken me all over the World and I have worked and lived in Africa, U.S.A, Greece and Spain as well as here in the UK.

I realise there are so many forms of communication other than verbal. The Japanese speak of "haragei", the art of silently communicating". "Belly to Belly" through intuition rather than words. I have found that my way of communicating and helping others is by offering Massage in various forms as it can help others listen to that "still small voice inside". My passion is Abdominal Massage as it is an area of the body so often ignored and is an area that is least touched. With more neuron endings than the brain trusting in your gut brain is an interesting act of life!
